Our structure

To ensure high-quality education and prestigious international recognition, the YHANK Institute is dedicated to establishing two important advisory bodies: the Didactic and Advisory Board.

These governance bodies will help define and monitor educational programs, ensuring they meet the highest academic and professional standards while respecting strict ethical principles.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the institution, defining the strategic vision and institutional policies. It ensures that the institution maintains its mission and objectives by monitoring progress against strategic and financial plans.

Role and responsibilities

The Didatic Board is the main governance body and oversees the institution's policiesand strategies. It approves the strategic plan, the annual budget and the main operational decisions.

Composition

It includes the Quality Manager, Lecturers representatives, student representatives, and administrative staff.

Role and responsibilities

Conducts periodic reviews of academic and administrative processes to identify areas for improvement. It coordinates self-assessment activities and prepares annual reports to be presented to the Board of Directors.
